LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE IN A 2-BED 1-BATH IN WATERLOO Hi, I have a lease starting in September in a pretty nice 2-bedroom apartment and am looking for a roommate to live with me. It’s new-ish, the view is decent, and the place is furnished. I pay around $1720 a month, so about $860 a person. If possible, I would love to do a quick FaceTime call or go for a coffee to vet compatibility.

Location: 228 Albert Street (3 min walk to Laurier, 10-15ish min UW). Lease duration: 12 months, September 1st 2026 - August 31st 2027 Rent: $860 for 1 of the 2 rooms. Internet, water, and sewage included. We will split electricity costs. Laundry is app-operated; I think it’s like 2-3 bucks a load. Parking is separate.
