Our master bedroom in our new apartment unit is available for a month until September 9th, 2026 starting today. We live in a low-rise apartment that was built in December 2025 and is located by 33rd Avenue and Quebec Street. I live with my parents who will be away for the month so the master bedroom will be available.

Our place is fully furnished and we are happy to share with you our kitchenware and appliances; they include microware x2, coffee maker, toaster, griller, and air fryer (you get the gist, we have a lot of kitchenware…). We have a spacious patio garden that you would be welcome to use.

The building has a co-working space and a lounge/TV room for drop-in use. Location: Only 1-3 blocks away from Main Street, Queen Elabeth Park, Rilery Park, Hill Crest Community Centre and Nat Bailey Baseball Arena.

Last date: September 9th, 2026 Weekly rent: $600 weekly. (Short term considered). Reach out for any inquiries!
