Great access to local transit with proximity to 3 bus lines, R5, 144, and 160. The apartment is nearby grocery stores and has access to hiking up Burnaby mountain. There is a less than 20 minute bus commute to SFU’s Burnaby campus and a 45 minute commute to SFU’s downtown harbour campus.

The current tenants are two young males. We are students at SFU and enjoy living a calm quiet life at home. We also enjoy going out for drinks downtown and socialising with friends. We are both clean and well organised people that are looking for either another student or a working professional to move in with us.
