Safeway (Starbucks in there) and its 4 blocks away. Pizza, sushi, cafes, chicken spot, laundromat, VPL, dispensaries and liquor stores. Close to marine drive station (5 minute drive, 13 minute bus, 19 minute walk, 8 minute bike ride) that has the vip cineplex and more. Ac in the kitchen. The room comes with cubbies, table, mini fridge and bed. We blaze inside but cigarettes OUTSIDE. If you have your own stuff to put in there. I can make arrangements to move the stuff out. Coined (2.50) washer and dryer. (2.00) recycle and compost. Community centre across the street.

About the roomies

Grant and I… keep to ourselves. We are introverts. Both on disability. I go to visit my hometown alot. I have a big family and sometimes my nieces and nephews come over to play sometimes. Sometimes sleep over. We dont blaze when the kids are here. Cigarettes are outside! He works part time.
