1 bedroom with 1/2 bathroom. Full shared bathroom upstairs. Big bright shared Kitchen, shelf available in fridge, use of freezer in low level of home. Outside storage available too!! A big quiet back yard and quiet neighbors. 2 blocks from Walmart, restaurants and bike paths.

About the roomies

Living in this home is 1 other female roommate upstairs, myself ( homeowner) & a little cat. I also do respite care 1 weekend/ month with a lovey lady non verbal. She has her own room.

We cook for ourselves and always keep the kitchen clean. Both of us work full-time so the house is quiet. Non smoking non drinking.
