We are seeking four (4) individuals to join us in renting the upper-level rooms of a house situated near the intersection of Dufferin Street and St. Clair Avenue West, in the Corso Italia neighborhood

GOOGLE CORSO ITALIA Vibrant area lots of shops banks restaurants and high fashion right on st. Clair. Just a 5 minute walk to Sr. Clair from the house.

The property is located on a quiet street, providing a peaceful environment. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom are brand new, with a touch of Airbnb flair.

Each room comes equipped with a desk, chair, a new bed, open closet night tables extension cords and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, plates, utensils, a microwave, rice cooker, WOK, and brand-new stove and fridge.

Additionally, we have a private balcony at the back, perfect for relaxation. This accommodation is ideal for working professionals, those who work from home, or have a hybrid schedule. It is also suitable for students, both local and international, as well as newcomers to Canada.

We require renters who are clean, tidy, and respectful of common spaces. A positive and chill vibe is essential, as we promote a hate-free and bullying-free environment. The rooms are available immediately, and we are looking for reliable roommates.

The rent for the Queen bed rooms is $1,400, while the Double bed rooms are $1,300. Please note that an additional fee will apply if two people or Couples plan to share a room.
