The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, plates, utensils, a microwave, rice cooker, WOK, and brand-new stove and fridge.

Additionally, we have a private deck on the main level and balcony at the back, perfect for relaxation on the UPPER level.

These accommodations are ideal for working professionals, those who work from home, or have a hybrid schedule. It is also suitable for students, both local and international, as well as newcomers to Canada. Vacationers to the city. We accept families with kids on the other level of the house if needed.

We require renters who are clean, tidy, and respectful of common spaces. A positive and chill vibe is essential, as we promote a hate-free and bullying-free environment. The rooms are available immediately, and we are looking for reliable roommates.

We have in our brand new high basement Rooms 1 Twin/Single bed left $1090 monthly

On the Main floor we have 2 double beds available $1190 each per month or the Queen $1250 per month.

Please note that an additional fee will apply if two people or Couples plan to share 1 room.

The spacious BIG rooms are all-inclusive pricing, which covers 1.5 GB speed internet, air-conditioning, and all utility bills. If you are looking for a clean and relaxing place to live, with a positive vibe and good energy, this could be your next home for short or long term.
