UTSC 19-year-old female student looking for a quiet, respectful, and responsible roommate, to share a beautiful apartment at 83 Borough Dr, Toronto (M1P 5E4) in the sought-after 360 at the City Centre.

The apartment is bright, spacious, safe, and very comfortable, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + den and panoramic views.

The building offers amazing amenities, including 24-hour reception concierge, gym, indoor pool, terrace, meeting room, billiards, and fast elevators. Underground parking and a locker are also available.

Rent includes: heat, electricity, air conditioning, internet, furniture and appliances. A single bed is provided until you’ve had a chance to furnish the room.

Great location, right next to STC Mall, Scarborough Centre Station, shops, food stores, restaurants, parks, and essential services. UTSC is only about 20 minutes away by direct bus and also provides easy access to Toronto’s downtown .
