About the room

We have a furnished room available for rent in Chapel Hill. Close to public transportation or parking space available if required.

Master bedroom suite with private bath and walk-in closet on the second floor of a large shared home. Utilities included.

Shared use of a well appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. Monthly professional cleaning of common areas. Large back yard, with inground pool. Our principal tenant has a very friendly dog.

Our expectation is everyone contributes to the overall cleanliness of the home. Shovelling is a shared responsibility. If you are willing to do regular yard/pool work, we can make make considerations in your rent.

Looking for a quiet, clean and responsible tenant. First and last month rent, reference check, and proof of studying/income. Available immediately.

Drug & smoke free home.

About the roomies

Our principal tenant is our 28 year old daughter and her dog. She is quiet and has her bedroom is in the basement. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms but our intent is to only have 2 roommates upstairs.
