Hi I have a 3 bedroom for rent in New Westminister a few blocks from Douglas College and the Skytrain.I have the master bedroom and renting out the other 2 rooms which can be furnished or unfurnished.The bathroom will be shared with the other 2 roommates There is a large kitchen with an additional stand up freezer and a large pantry area with lots of cupboard space.There is 1 secured parking included as well as laundry in the unit and all utilities are included .The apartment is a shared furnished space for a student or working professional.I am looking for someone that is very tidy and quiet with no parties or over night guest or pets and keeps the shared area neat after use
