There is a large kitchen with an additional stand up freezer as well as a large pantry area with lots of cupboard space and laundry in the unit. All utilities are included along with high speed internet. The apartment is a shared furnished space for a student or working professional.I am looking for someone that is very tidy and quiet with no parties, overnight guests or pets and keeps the shared area neat after use….
