Hi available now .I have a SCENT FREE 1 room for rent in New Westminister. It’s a 10-minute walk to Douglas College and a 7-minute walk to Columbia Skytrain Station. I have the master bedroom with ensuite and I’m renting out the other 1 furnished bedroom the other room is rented by someone else. The bathroom will be shared with 1 other roommate. There is a large kitchen with an additional stand up freezer as well as a large pantry area with lots of cupboard space and laundry in the unit. All utilities are included along with high speed internet.The apartment is a shared furnished space for a student or working professional.I am looking for someone that is very tidy and quiet with no parties, overnight guests or pets and keeps the shared area neat after use..
