Private room and bathroom for rent in Windsor Park from September 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027. Walking distance from the UofA. $900/month including utilities.

The available bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement of this 4 bedroom household. The bedroom features 2 windows, wood panelled walls, carpeted floor, and a large closet (not visible in the picture, but is to the right of the door). Shared spaces consist of the living room, kitchen, laundry room, screen room/gym area, and the backyard!

Myself (24F), my partner (24M), and our other roomie (25M) will be living there during this time. Our ideal roommate is clean, communicative, community oriented, and kind to ALL. We are queer friendly and we welcome this opportunity to all individuals of any gender identity/expression. We have zero tolerance for any disrespect towards the space nor the people who live in and around it. We love this house and take pride in what we add to it, so it’s very important to us that the new roomie will share this motive. Whether it be art, cooking, music, interior decorating, gardening, or whatever it is you take passion in - this is the place to express that! The hope is to share not only a space, but also our unique traits. In addition to this, we strive to work as a team to equally contribute towards common chores and household tasks. And the dream is that you will connect with some solid people (us and our social circle) who you may want to share a meal or sit down and watch a movie with!

In addition to its character and its characterS, it must be said that this house is a HOME. This is a place for us to recover and find solace. At the end of the day, we just want someone who is going to make the most out of this opportunity. We feel this opening is best suited for a student, but is extended to anyone who is the right fit.
