The bedroom is in a freshly renovated 2 bed 1 bath in downtown, between west end and coal harbour. I just signed the lease for this apartment and will be moving in on September 1st. The apartment is on the 18th floor, with a lot of natural light with some very nice views, reasonably spacious, with brand new (never used) appliances, new flooring, etc. The building has a free access gym which was recently renovated.

Your only roommate would be myself! I am 28, work full-time, and spend most my time outside of working adulting and enjoying the outdoors whenever possible (hiking, playing volleyball, snowboarding).

I make an effort keep my living space as organized and tidy as possible because that simply helps me function better day to day, so I the ideal roommate would share the same sentiment. I am hoping you are not simply searching for a place to sleep at, as I would much rather be live with someone who would be keen to hang out and socialize.
