Hi! I’m looking for a clean and quiet roommate for the second bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in NDG. The room is fully furnished and available for September 1st (or slightly earlier if needed).

The rent is $850 all included (electricity, heating, water, high-speed internet) so you won’t need to pay for anything else.

Since my name will be on the lease, we would be doing a month to month Roommate agreement so that we can keep things flexible, with a 30 day notice if either of us needs to end the arrangement.

It’s in a great spot in NDG—exactly a 7 min walk to the Concordia Loyola campus, and super close to bus stops, grocery stores, etc.

Looking for a responsible student or young professional (international students are welcome).

A bit about me: I’m a 19-year-old computer engineering student at Concordia. I study a lot so I prefer to keep the place quiet and clean during the week. In my free time I like gaming, working out, and photography.
