Very clean, new(2023) private bed-sitting room( with ensuite bathroom) and private kitchen. It is almost a complete apartment, but does not have a separate living room. You even have your own entry door to the unit, with a key. So, it is quite private.Includes: TV, internet, heat, electricity, AC, on-site parking on gated property, all bedding, towels, cookware and dishes. Your living space is about 450 square feet. The bed is high quality, extremely clean and only 3 years old. It is located in the village of Cobble Hill, only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop.

My husband and I are semi-retired grandparents. We both still work part-time at home, on our computers. Your unit is in a separate building; not part of our house. However, my husband’s computer room is in the same building as your unit, adjacent to the kitchen of your unit and it is important that we have a quiet atmosphere. We don’t have loud parties and we don’t play loud music. We are quiet, clean and respectful and we are looking for someone who is quiet, clean and respectful. We want to make your stay, at our house, as pleasant as possible.
