Located 10 miles out of valleyview in a 6 bedroom home i am currently alone so i just like having other people near and around me.o ly one room can. Come furnished the other 4 are completely empty i could furnish a room i guess fir like a 400 charge smoking is ok and wat u do in your room is your business not mine. Just be respectful of the other people in the house and dont make noise at 3 am for no reason you dont gotta sleep you just cant be loud.. if im home i will clean the common areas daily at least once .. if im gone then you on your own.. the only thing i really care about is you pay rent and then basically just act right and we will get along just fine .. id prefer to have non uptight epic rule followers as houseguests because that would be a very boring day id assume .. and id like to have at least one homebody who does not much except stay home that way i wont need to so unemployed but eith like aish is ok as well .. all rooms will have a locked door and your the only person.who will have a key so if you lose it you gotta break a door or a window to attain entry but if you dont generally lose your keys you should be good.. id like to fill at least three rooms with hopefully at least one fun person. Two can be beige paint but at least o e has to be cool .. pics of my home will show you how i like it neat and tidy and i dont mind cleaning when im home i cant not so its gonna happen . So far its just me.. i do t like being alone so yeah lets get at least one room occupied to get the ball rolling
