The space is in downtown Toronto for only 875 a month. It is a 15 minute walk from TMU and UOFT. Close to Collage and Wellesley TTC stations. We have a shared backyard, kitchen, laundry room that takes coins, and two washrooms, one shower. It is in a great area downtown.

This is a four person living arrangement, so you would have three roommates. All members of the household are male, but they are open to anyone moving in. All roomates are TMU students, so we would love for it to be another student who moves in! We are open to pets, and anyone can come over, just tell us in advance.
