• Fully equipped kitchen with ample counter-space
• Appliances available: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, instant pot, rice cooker, air fryer, sandwich-maker
• Dining table
• In-suite washer & dryer
• Shared coat closet for outerwear (coats and boots)
• Access to a furnished patio on the quiet side of the building, great for morning coffee or winding down (when not in use by owner as it needs to be accessed through a pvt space)
• Covered shoe-rack for yourself in the laundry room

• I own the apartment and will be staying in the apartment (separate bedroom). I’m a working professional who works from home most days.
• Visitors welcome but loud parties or excessive noise during the weekdays aren’t a fit in this building
• One friendly, low-key senior pet ferret lives at home (please note in advance in case you have allergies)
• Small Gym with basic equipment available in the building
• Party room and guest suites available in the building (to be booked in advance and payable to building strata)
• The community is open but secluded and secure.
• The building is secured through an intercom system/ resident key.
• LGBTQ+ friendly and open to any gender, the main ask is that you’re clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces (especially the kitchen)
