• Small Gym with basic equipment available in the building
• Party room and guest suites available in the building (to be booked in advance and payable to building strata)
• The community is open but secluded and secure.
• The building is secured through an intercom system/ resident key.
• LGBTQ+ friendly and open to any gender, the main ask is that you’re clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces (especially the kitchen)

• First month’s rent ($1,350) and the non-refundable deposit ($650) are due upfront before move-in — total due at signing: $2000 (dates negotiable)
