Private room available in a home in Innisfail. Currently, it is just myself living in the home, so it is a quiet and uncrowded living situation.

Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. The room can be furnished if needed or left unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

The home has a fully fenced yard, shared kitchen and shared bathroom. There is also an unfinished basement with additional storage space available if needed.

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but unfortunately no cats.

Looking for a clean, respectful and easygoing roommate. A working professional or student would be ideal. Mainly looking for someone responsible who cleans up after themselves, respects the shared areas and is easy to get along with.

There may eventually be another roommate added to the home, but I plan to keep the house comfortable and not overcrowded.

Open to shorter or longer-term arrangements for the right person.

I’m easy to get along with and like having a relaxed home environment. I’m happy to socialize and chat, but also respect personal space and privacy. Mainly looking for a roommate who has a similar mindset and will treat the house like their own.
