Private room with a private washroom available in a 2 bed/2bath condo. There is in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, high speed internet, various streaming services all included. The property has an outdoor pool, small indoor gym, nice grounds/gardens. 2 minutes from a mall with a supermarket and various other small shops. Bus stop right outside with bus service to Lonsdale. Short walk to Marine drive which has lots of transit options to downtown, Phibbs, Park Royal No parking on the property but there is street parking available.

You would just be sharing the place with myself. I’m a full time teacher so I’m out for most weekdays for most of the year. Prefer quiet-ish weekends/evening, but it doesn’t have to be every night. I’m quite easygoing about noise, guests etc. (but I’m not very noisy myself). I am fairly clean and would prefer someone who is also good at keeping shared spaces clean, especially the kitchen.
