It’s a spacious master bedroom with your own private ensuite bathroom, located on the 23rd floor with a pretty great city view 🌆

The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the place is furnished, so you won’t be starting completely from scratch.

The location 📍

Honestly, the location is one of my favourite things about this place. There’s a streetcar stop right outside the building, and the subway is about a 5-7 minute walk away. Yonge-Dundas Square is also just a few minutes away.

You can pretty much get anywhere downtown without having to think too hard about transportation 😅

You’ll be sharing the condo with one roommate (me). I’m a musician, so you’ll occasionally hear me practicing vocals or guitar during reasonable daytime hours 🎸

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, responsible and easygoing. I really value having a peaceful home, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s comfortable with that kind of environment.

Music is a big part of my life, so if you’re someone who’s completely fine with living with a musician, that’s definitely a plus! :)

Storage: There isn’t a separate storage locker included with the unit. If you need one, storage lockers are available to rent separately in the building.
