Large upstairs room with private entrance. Shared kitchen, bathroom and the rest of the house on acreage in Cedar. On bus route to VIU. Lots of parking, lots of privacy. Would suit student, working professional, or for small fee, a couple would be welcome. Pets welcome, if well behaved. Non smokers only. Can be furnished or not. Rent negotiable if willing to do some dog sitting.
