LOCATION: Queen St W x Dovercourt | Like 3 minutes from Ossington Ave and 5-8 minutes from Trinity Bellwoods | Downtown in high traffic area so if noise is a bother, this might not be the place for you.

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: leaseholder.

RENT CONTROL: Yes!

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: First and last ‘Soft’ credit check Any of the following: recent paystub or employment letter, or if you are a student then proof of ability to pay rent on time Landlord references or past rental history Ultimately what I care about is first and last and that you can pay rent on time every single month!

PET FRIENDLY (Yes/No): Yes! Landlord has approved animals. I’m happy and okay living with any animal as long as they are taken care of, are not destroyers, and not constantly barking or going crazy from anxiety of being left alone or etc because that’s just depressing and I do not want neighbours to have to say anything.

COUPLES (YES/NO): Yes, I would not mind a couple in the right circumstance.

SHORT OR LONG TERM: Ideally you are looking for a long term rental, but I am open to short term depending on the circumstance.

ME: Late 20s, working professional, quiet, introverted, easy going, loves to cook and eat, cafes, tv, music, books, podcasts, loves a good adventure, and probably more I’m not thinking of.

YOU: Are any gender. Easy going, respectful, considerate, working professional or student or senior, communicative, chill. Happy to live together in harmony with someone else.

EXTRA ON ME: POC, LGBTQ+, allergy, health nut, religious, and neurodivergent friendly. I literally don’t care what you abide by as long as you let me know everything as I would always want to be respectful and understanding of where you are coming from and etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I have no issue furnishing the master bed suite with a bed frame and desk + chair if you are a student and don’t have anything. And since the apartment will be empty, I will be furnishing it with basics like couch, tv, kitchen table, pots and pans, etc. So that is everything to be spoken about in private and you letting me know!

Whether you work from home or not is not an issue, lol. Though, I would be home about 70% of the time. And I’m just ultimately looking to live with someone in harmony and of course we both contribute to the home going half on household supplies and etc.
