Hello! I am looking for a roommate to join me in my bright and comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for September 1st. The apartment is in the heart of Trinity Bellwoods, steps from the park, Dundas streetcar, cafes, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. Occupying two floors of a triplex, the unit has high ceilings, large windows, and gets amazing light throughout the day. There is also a large patio on the roof, perfect for hosting gatherings during the warmer months. The available room is on the second floor, and is spacious with a closet. It adjoins the entrance to the patio, the second bathroom, and a small area that I’ve set up as a home office. The room is currently furnished with the items shown in the photos, including the queen sized bed. If you have your own furniture or wish to replace any of the items, it’s definitely open to discussion.

I am in my late twenties, and work full time as an art gallery director. I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, reading, playing video games, exploring the city, and spending time outdoors. As I’m often out of the house on weekdays and travel for work occasionally, I value maintaining a calm, comfortable, tidy environment in the apartment, and am looking for a roommate who has the same vibe!
