Single occupancy, no smoking, no animals. In Verdun, 6min walk from métro De L’Église and all services. Free street parking.

The apartment have 4 bedrooms total : so you’d be living with 3 roommates: 2 girls (Juli and Éléa) and 1 guy (Daniel), students in their mid 20s.

The vibe of the apartment is calm and friendly and with to the international nature of our rental , the common language is English but people speaks other languages too (like French, Spanish and more) . We’re looking for student or young pro in similar age range, clean, respectful of common spaces, and friendly 😊
