It is a unit located in a four plex. In house washer and dryer, comfortable living space, with modern kitchen including a dishwasher. Very close to shops and is close to downtown. Heat and water is provided in the rent but electricity and internet is not.
I need someone to take my place as I have taken on a new position elsewhere. The roommate is a professional pilot in her early twenties who has a cat. She is energetic and sociable so she is fun to be around and to talk to and she is also new to Thunder Bay and looking for some new friends.
