Apartement close to the beach 980$/month Hi everyone! I am looking for a female roommate for my apartment in Lower Mission (Kelowna) The lease starts on September 1, 2026, and ends on July 1, 2027, for a total of 10 months, with the possibility of renewing for the following year September 2028 if we’re a good fit. (Need to leave on July 1st ) This place is ideal for a student or young professional. The room is 980$ per month, all utilities included, and is fully furnished. There is two single bed that you can put togheter. You will also have your own bathroom. The security deposit is 500$. Parking free No pets, no smoking, and no parties. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful. If you think you’d be a good fit, feel free to contact me!
