Price: $1150; utilities (electricity, water, gas, heat and ac) are included. Wifi is not included but can possibly be split with the roommates

Washer available in unit, no dryer (housemates use a drying rack).

The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, table and chair. Available unfurnished if preferred as well.

There’s a loblaws grocery store 4 mins walk from the house, dollarama 4 mins walk. Tons of food and restaurants nearby as well.
