Shared living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Includes a small fenced backyard and onsite parking for one vehicle. Bedrooms are upstairs, available room is medium in size with a closet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a large dog (great dane, friendly and well trained) and a cat living in the home. Potential roommates must be okay with pets. Will consider roommates bringing their own pets as long as all introductions are made properly.
About the roomies
Current roommates are 2 women, mid to late 20s. One is in university and working part-time, while the other recently graduated and is working a full-time job. The ideal addition would be a student or working professional who is independent, clean, and friendly.
