The location is hard to beat— the border of the fashion district and entertainment district. Very walk and bike friendly area. Trinity Bellwoods and Kensington Marker are less than 20min walk away, and Queen West is under 10min away.

Hey! I’m John Logan, and I’ve been the leaseholder for this three-bedroom townhouse apartment for 10 years. I have a background in psychology and the cannabis industry, and I’m currently preparing a course on ADHD self-management to teach at CAMH. Some of my biggest interests are mental health, underground music and DJing, and community organizing.

My roommate Naomi is an OCAD grad in her mid 20s and works in an art store. She is super friendly, good with communication, and easy to get along with.

Since there isn’t a shared living room, roommates tend to keep to their own spaces, while still having room to socialize when we’d like to. I like to keep the house atmosphere flexible, accommodating, and low-stress. LGBTQ+ positivity, accessibility, and open communication are important here.
