Fully Furnished Main Floor Room – 1 Min Walk to Direct USask Bus

We have a comfortable, fully furnished room available on the main floor of our clean and well-maintained house in a quiet, safe pocket of Forest Grove. The house is entirely set up with everything you could possibly need, so you really just have to bring your suitcase.

The location is incredibly convenient for students or commuters. It’s a 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which is a direct route to USask and University Heights Square. It’s also within walking distance to Central Avenue for quick access to groceries and amenities.

Your room is fully furnished and located on the main floor. Rent covers all utilities, including high-speed WiFi, heat, water, and electricity. You will share a bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private, dedicated laundry machine in the basement and street parking available for your use.

To save you money and hassle, we supply all the everyday essentials. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and all cleaning supplies. You also have full access to communal tableware and cookware in the kitchen. For entertainment, the shared living room TV is set up with our subscriptions to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Crave, and Crunchyroll.

We are looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful female student/young professional. To keep the house peaceful, there is no smoking, no drugs, and no parties. Because we already have a dog, we cannot accept any other pets.

Damage deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent) and references are required.
