Beautifully furnished bedrooms in cute character cottage in Belgravia. Fully furnished and very clean home, shared bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the shared dishes and cooking items needed. There is a separate wet bar in the dining room with a second dishwasher and coffee bar. Laundry on site. Home is about a 20 minute walk, 8 minute bike ride from the U of A hospital and main campus. It is a 10 minute walk to McKernan/Belgravia LRT station. South campus is an 8 minute walk.

This is a family residence with two homes on the property. The property owners live in the rear residence, while the front home—where the two bedrooms for rent are located—is occupied by adult siblings and roommates.

One of the current roommates is a female graduate student at the University of Alberta. She enjoys decorating and cooking, is easy to get along with, and takes pride in keeping the home clean and tidy. Another roommate lives in the basement and works full-time while attending school part-time. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and is rarely home.

The property owners enjoy gardening and have created a welcoming outdoor space that everyone on the property can appreciate.
