About the property

Looking for someone to rent out the second room in my basement suite! My name is Vivian, I’m a freelance 2D artist and animator as well as a Capilano University alumni. I’m currently working for an Australian animation company, I love all things vintage, and I have a cat who will live with us!

The basement suite located just off Marine Drive features a sizeable private backyard, a newly renovated kitchen and an open living room area.
