This is a room in a shared home. It is not a separate apartment, basement suite or self-contained rental.

THE HOUSEHOLD

Quiet, clean, owner-occupied home with one working homeowner. This is not a party house.

An older standard poodle stays in the heated front-entry area and does not live in the main living areas.

• One occupant only • Non-smokers and non-vapers only • No cannabis in any form anywhere on the property • No illegal drugs • No parties • Responsible social drinking is acceptable • No applicant pets are being accepted inside the main house • Visitors and overnight guests are subject to house rules • Employment and references will be verified • Lawful background screening may be requested with consent • Tenant insurance is required before keys are provided
