I’m renting room well furnished out of three Bedroom and 2.5 washroom house. This is a very different house with no basement triple story with walk-in floor. As you enter the kitchen and living room with 0.5 washroom and on first floor Have two bedroom with their own separate full washroom and laundry along with it. On this floor, I want to rent one bedroom and there’s another person living in a second bedroom so both person are sharing same washroom on second floor. Kitchen is shared, and Person have to responsible for all the cleaning in the kitchen and living area. Room is furnished with bed, mattress chair, table. You have to bring your own bedsheet and blanket and your own personal belongings. The room I want to rent is bigger room on first floor, furnish so that’s why you have your own privacy. Since only there person are leaving and it’s pet free children, free and smoke free house so very peaceful place no disturbance. This is smoke-free, free and child free So the similar kind of tenant. I am very clean and expecting from tenant to keep same cleaning in the house. Note; The rent included only Rent, but you have to pay Hydro, Water equal divided into 3 Person living in that house and Wi-Fi if you want to use then you have to pay for it. Parking is on street and bus facility is on the road at Pandora Avenue west And Regent. Very convenient directly go to downtown. Nearby shopping centre.
