This generously-sized room is located in the bright and sunny walk-out basement of a modern country home. The room has a private bathroom right next door, and access to a large rec room area, as well as a beautiful backyard surrounded by fields and trees. Rent includes exclusive use of both the bedroom and bathroom, Starlink internet, hydro, and parking. The basement rec room is rarely used, as I spend the majority of my time either outdoors or on the main floor, so you would have a semi-private living room type area as well.

I am a 36y/o cis-het woman living alone, though my boyfriend does stay with me for one week at a time, every other week. I have one cat (Gary), who is very friendly once he gets to know you, and a snake (Dex) who lives in a large terrarium on the main floor. I work as a construction laborer as well as running a small business on my parents’ horse farm next door, meaning I’m often working 11/12 hour days, so the house is relatively quiet during the week.
