Rent & Utilities

• Total rent: $1,668/month, split equally ($834 each)
• Electricity and Wi-Fi will also be split based on usage.

About the Apartment

• Located at University 114
• Access to the building’s common room and amenities
• Garbage and recycling are located downstairs in the designated garbage room.
• No parking is available with the unit.

Roommate Requirements

• Female only
• Must be vegan or vegetarian
• Preferably a student
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• No pets
• Non-smoker only
• Must provide your own bedroom furniture
