I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at University 114, with a move-in date of September 1st.

Rent & Utilities

Total rent: $1,668/month, split equally ($834 each)
Electricity and Wi-Fi will also be split based on usage.

About the Apartment

Located at University 114
Access to the building’s common room and amenities
Garbage and recycling are located downstairs in the designated garbage room.
No parking is available with the unit.

Roommate Requirements

Female only
Must be vegan or vegetarian
Preferably a student
Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
No pets
Non-smoker only
Must provide your own bedroom furniture
