The House: Your private bedroom (175ish sq ft) comes with a shared bath (shower/tub). But the shared spaces are where things get good:

• Large living room with sofa, TV, and a fireplace
• Galley kitchen built for people who actually cook
• Private den/ yoga studio/game room/ movie room/home office/guest room…
• Main floor laundry + powder room
• Massive deck with BBQ, fire table, mini fridges and a smoker (yes, really)
• Side garden with a fish pond and storage sheds

We are two single(ish) working adults with a classic 3-bedroom + den home, and we’ve got one room with your name on it. We’re not just renting you a bedroom — we’re handing you a cheat code for the West Coast lifestyle. The Vibe: When we’re not working, you’ll find us hiking, golfing, cooking something ambitious, gardening, binge-watching prestige TV, or sitting around the fire table with a good drink. We like clean, we like chill, and we like housemates who chip in without being asked.
