Looking to rent out 2 bedrooms upstairs as 1. I don’t use my upstairs at all and looking for someone to rent them. The house is mine with lots of extra space. Shared bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. I’m on the road about 50% of the time so ~1100 sq feet to yourself during those times
Preference is a student or someone older, quiet, etc.
House is close to parks and bus stops. Air conditioning, lots of storage space in finished basement
Can make exceptions for some pets depending on the vibe
About the roomies
Its just myself in my home. Pretty chill. I use the living room amenities and dining table at times but as I’m not home that often looking to make it a welcoming space for roommate I’m blue collar, but prefer someone who isn’t I don’t host many friends or parties. Prefer to read, watch movies, cook
