Looking to rent out 2 bedrooms upstairs as 1. The house is mine with lots of extra space. Shared bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. I’m on the road about 50% of the time so ~1100 sq feet to yourself during those times

Its just myself in my home. Pretty chill. I use the living room amenities and dining table at times but as I’m not home that often looking to make it a welcoming space for roommate I’m blue collar, but prefer someone who isn’t
