I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Beltline. My current roommate will be moving out in September so looking for someone to move in around the same time. I’ve been living in the same place for over a year now. The apartment and it’s location is ideal for someone who needs to rely on public transit. There are 4-5 bus routes with the bus stops within 5 minutes walking. Sunalta and Downtown West Kerby train stations are both 10 minutes walk away from the place. While the room available will be unfurnished, it has a three door wardrobe WITH shelves!!! The rest of the house is furnished and free to share. There is also a dog that will share the place. He’s an extremely friendly 7 year old Labrador and a perfect cuddle buddy.

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful, and I really value having a home that feels comfortable and peaceful and proud to have built that in my current place. Outside of work, I love art, music, exploring new places and having good conversations. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is considerate, communicates openly and enjoys a friendly but respectful living environment.
