The room is roughly 10 by 12 ft with a closet and you have your own private bathroom across the hall. Kitchen, pantry hallway etc all shared space. My home is your home too. Utilities except internet are included. Internet is roughly 34$ each. Laundry is in the building for 1 dollar a load. Gym, sauna, pool, billiards room, library, music space, workshop, party room, guest suite all come with building amenities. There is central air conditioning. Close to elgin and the canal and OttawaU/transit. Currently there is no parking available but possible to obtain a street permit or obtain an extra parking spot from another tenant when space is available. Bike storage available. Also room in storage unit. Street parking is 1hr or free from 7pm until 7am. Building is very clean and well maintained.

A little about me I am a working professional at the government, I enjoy outdoor activities and also things like art, working out, dancing etc. I am social but also happy to be at home too. I have a small hypoallergenic dog whos really sweet and loves people. I am fairly clean and keep common spaces tidy and clean and keep up on regular chores.
