There is a stacked LG washer/dryer across the hall, and a counter height medical grade fridge for food storage.

I’m an active senior who enjoys walking, reading, classical music, and my Bengal cat.

You are a clean, quiet non-smoking housemate who will clean their own space, do minimum cooking, and leave the kitchen as they find it. Preferably, you are a graduate or medical student, or a quiet professional in town for work or study. This is not a party palace!
