Hiya! My name is Andii and my wife Nicole and I are looking for a roommate(s) to share our 3 story, 4 bed/4 bath townhouse in Redstone for ideally September 1st! Your room would be on the first floor alongside the garage (which you’d be free to park in, as we don’t drive), and it has its own private full bathroom as well as a wet bar. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor with another half bath, and laundry is up on the third with our bedroom and offices. We’re about a block and a half from two bus stops (145 & 128) that go to Saddletowne station.

We have 3 indoor cats - Jack, Celica, and Zoey - who are all incredibly friendly and would likely adjust fine (in time, of course) to a 4th cat being brought in. We tend to stick to the third floor, but we’d still ideally like to find someone who’s looking to be on friendly terms with us! We’re both livestreamers (vtubers, specifically), and I’m going to be going to Bow Valley for Digital Design starting in September. We’re both very introverted and don’t party, and prefer to keep things relatively calm and peaceful around here!

Someone who doesn’t drink or smoke (including cannabis, as I’m allergic and we’re both asthmatic) is a hard requirement. Strong preference for someone queer and neurodivergent (both of us are AuDHDers). We both value clear communication above all else, and we do our best to keep the place as tidy as possible, though we are both disabled and sometimes struggle a teensy bit.

We’re both in our late 20s, but have no preference on age, just looking for someone we vibe with!
