I am willing to negotiate the rent. The building is close to the Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo. The building is surrounded by great food spots and everything you need day-to-day. The apartment will be shared between two people. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with a balcony. There will be a double bed, storage, a closet, a desk, chairs, and a sofa provided. The rent covers all the bills except the electricity bill, which will be shared with the other person living there. A basic wifi connection will be provided. There are pay-per-use washing machines in the building. There is no parking provided, but the building does offer a parking pass. There are parking spots available around the building. I will be attaching the floor plan. Additional pictures can be viewed on the building’s site.

I identify as a female and am 19 years old. I don’t drink, smoke, or party. I am generally a quiet person. I do like cleanliness and require my living space to be clean as well. I am a vegetarian, and I will be cooking for myself. I am looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, drink, or party. There will be no pets allowed. No guests past 9 pm and no loud noises after 9 pm. If you do want to bring guests over, I require notice in advance that you will be bringing people over. All household chores of the common areas will be shared. You must keep the common areas clean after use. Your room and bathroom must be kept clean as well.
