Hi everyone! I’m in a condo in Queen West, a super great area close to Ossington, Trinity Bellwoods, and Little Portugal. The available room in my two-bedroom apartment has an ensuite bathroom and a nice-sized closet. The condo has a gym, a 24-hour concierge service, a great window-style cafe, and a convenience store. The unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central a/c. The living area will be partially unfurnished, so open to ideas on design!

The rent is $1,300 plus utilities (which are extremely low - $30-40 each), internet ($35 each), and apartment insurance ($15 each).

I’m taking over the apartment from my current roommate who has been here for 2+ years. I work in research at the hospital and am in the lab from 9-5 during the week. I’m looking for a responsible working professional who is clean, has lived with others before, and is a non smoker. I’m pretty quiet, but always happy to chat!
