Located in the beautiful, bustling Beaches, this walkable area is an 8 minute walk from the beach, access to 2 methods of TTC transportation, and nearby amenities such as Shoppers, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, Pilates studios, and gyms. Internet and water are included in the listed price, hydro is separate. Not a scent free environment, unfortunately. I occasionally burn incense and wear perfume.

I’m in my late 20’s and work full time in luxury retail. I’ve lived here for a decade and neighbours are family oriented and relatively quiet. I’m a leftist, love baking, painting, crocheting, and I keep to myself often. I would ideally like to live with someone I could call a friend, but by no means do we need to be best friends.
