Hi! I’m a PhD student in Engineering and an athlete, so I’m usually busy either with my studies and research or at training. Because of that, I really appreciate having a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to come home to. I’m a pretty tidy person and always try to keep the apartment clean and organized, so that’s honestly the only thing that’s important to me. Other than that, I’m easygoing, respectful, and enjoy a relaxed living environment.

Previously we were three friends living here, and while we had a lot of fun it worked out really well. One of us used the living room as a bedroom, separated with a room divider for privacy, and because the apartment is quite spacious, we never had any issues with comfort or personal space. If you want, and we are able to find a third roommate who is also tidy and respectful, I’d have no problem renting the living room.
