The property is located in Copper Ridge, on a quiet street with green space behind and numerous walking trails. There is a bus stop a short distance away.

I’m a 54 yr old widower who is quiet and respectful to others. I try to keep my house in a neat and tidy fashion…well, as much as my cats will allow. I can interact with my roommates as little or as much as they want over meals and/or coffee or beverage.
