About the room
I’m looking to find someone to take over my lease, I rent with two other females. Both work in healthcare and work often, rent is 825 including a parking spot or 800 without. Hydro and wifi not included in rent. This is a ground floor apartment in an ideal location, many businesses nearby and bus stops.
About the roomies
One roommate is 25 and has a small friendly dog, the other is 31. Both are quiet and friendly and appreciate time alone. I am looking to move and relocate as I’ve gained employment outside of town and the commute would be too much. Taking over the lease would require the landlord and roommates to agree and sign a new lease. There would be no security deposit. I am willing to leave some items for the future tenants such as shelves and curtains.
