Room for rent for student in executive family home from September to April. Close to Western. Bedroom is in the basement and includes use of a rarely used sitting room and a 2 piece washroom. You would also have almost exclusive use of a 4 pc bathroom upstairs. Bedroom is available furnished with a double bed and a dresser. Sitting room is furnished with couches, coffee table, and a tv stand (must provide own TV). Looking for a quiet student who will appreciate a tidy home.

All of our kids have moved out so we now have a lot of space available that we don’t use. We are both working professionals. We rented to the same student for the last 2 years and she appreciated the privacy she had, as well as the quietness and cleanliness of the home.
