Extra large bedroom in very large house. Fully furnished, 50’ TV, double bed, chaise lounge, desk, dresser’s, book shelves. All linens for bedroom and bathroom. Shared kitchen’s (there are 2 kitchens) and bathroom (there are 2 bathrooms) but the bathroom is basically private for you as I have my own. The house is shared but offers a ton of privacy for us both with the way it’s laid out.
Huge yard and Bbq and you’re welcome to use it. Parking, wifi, laundry.

Possibility of off setting rent if you’re willing to help with dog sitting occasionally. We can discuss further if you’re interested. Thanks! It isn’t a requirement though.

It’s just me and my 2 pups. ( I have 2 small Hypoallergenic dogs, sweet and well behaved.)
