Parking: 1 driveway parking space included!
Area: Newtonbrook, North York (right near Yonge St.). Transit: Short walk to a bus stop running straight to Finch Station (or a 22-minute walk directly to Finch).
Amenities: ~20-minute walk to Centerpoint Mall, nearby grocery stores, and tons of food on Younge st.
💰 Rent & Utilities Rent: $1300/month on the 15th + utities.
Utilities: 150-200 / month per person on average (subject to seasonal usage, so could be slightly higher in extreme winter/summer, or lower in spring/fall). Note on Utilities: Our unit pays 70% of the overall house utility bill (since there is a separate tenanted basement unit), and we split our 70% share equally among our unit’s occupants. If moving in as a couple, utilities are split 4 ways
About the roomies
Two gay Men, We’ve been happily married for 3+ years, work full-time (one of us works from home), and love gaming (currently into Overwatch 2 and Marvel Rivals!). We enjoy movies and music, but keep noise respectful during work hours and late nights.
Ideal Housemate: Friendly, tidy, communicative, and responsible. Gay-friendly is a must (being gay yourself would be cool)
House Rules: No pets (landlord rule). Smoking/vaping outdoors only, and there are security cameras in the lobby/common area.
📅 Availability & Terms Move-in: Available August 15th (or as late as September 15th with a deposit to hold the space).
Term: Initial month-to-month arrangement (30-day notice) with an option for a longer agreement once we confirm it’s a great fit for both sides!
