Massive Kitchen: Tons of cupboard and shelf storage space, fully stocked with appliances ready for your use (Note: Dishwasher is currently out of order). Shared Living Space: Big, bright living room (75“ TV ready for movie/game nights) with plenty of room if you want to bring your own furniture! Outdoor Spaces & Storage: Fairly sized backyard, front yard, and porch. Access to garage storage (currently pending clear out) plus crawlspace storage once settled can be arranged. Laundry: In-unit laundry included.

House Rules: No pets (landlord rule). Outdoor only smoking but 420-friendly regardless. Availability & Move-In Move-In Date: Immediate / Flexible. Month-to-month arrangement with long-term potential.
